1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Ponky account or using the Ponky platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of service
Ponky provides salon management software, including appointment scheduling, customer management, a public booking page, and related features, made available on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ponky for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform for other users.
7. Limitation of liability
Ponky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ponky is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ponky after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
