Ponky started with a simple frustration: salon owners were stuck juggling paper books, spreadsheets, and booking tools built for restaurants or gyms — not for the realities of running a salon.
We built Ponky because we watched salon owners spend more time managing software than managing their business. Appointment reminders sent from a personal phone. A booking page that looked nothing like the salon's brand. No easy way to see which stylist was fully booked and who had room for a walk-in.
So we set out to build the platform we wished existed: one dashboard for scheduling, customers, and staff — plus a beautiful, branded booking page every client sees, and none of the busywork in between.
